Wij werken in de randgemeenten rond Hemiksem en Antwerpen.

Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in de renovatie en het isoleren van platte en licht hellende daken. Daarvoor gebruiken wij verschillende soorten dakbedekkingen waaronder de Alkorplan kunststof.

Alkorplan kunststof is een dakbedekking die reeds meer dan 45 jaar op de markt is en een mooie referentielijst heeft. Daarenboven is het een zeer betrouwbare dakbedekking, met vele voordelen tov andere dakbedekkingen. Alkorplan heeft een levensduur van +30-35jaar.

Als u een voorstander bent van een EPDM Dakbedekking? Dan kunnen wij u de Resitrix zelfklevende dakbedekking aanraden.

De Alkorplan en de Resitrix worden allebei geplaatst zonder open vlam, waardoor risico van brand zo goed als uitgesloten is.

We had the butterfly roof of our house from 1962 replaced and insulated by A12 in October 2024. We are very satisfied with all phases of the collaboration; quotation, the works themselves, the follow-up, communication and coordination during the construction site, the invoicing. Dave and his men are friendly and speak the language of the customer, unpleasant discoveries during the works are explained transparently and resolved without discussion. Absolutely recommended!
