EPDM (Ethyleen – Propyleen – Dieen Monomeer) is een synthetisch dakrubber dat reeds meer dan 50 jaar gebruikt wordt bij het waterdicht maken van platte daken of daken met geringe helling. Eens professioneel geplaatst garandeert EPDM een uitstekende bescherming tegen alle weersinvloeden en dit met een zeer lange levensduur.
Een aantal voordelen van een EPDM dakbedekking voor platte daken:
- EPDM heeft een zeer lange levensduur.
- Het is bestand tegen extreme weersinvloeden.
- EPDM is bestand tegen ozon en UV-stralen.

EPDM dakbedekking Resitrix CL – classic EPDM
EPDM dakbedekking Resitrix CL – classic EPDM platdak rubber is een waterdichte dakbedekking voor platte daken met een toplaag in gewapend rubber en een bezande SBS onderlaag.
Dit type EPDM dakbedekking wordt deels gekleefd op de ondergrond met speciale polyurethaanlijm en de overlappingen worden met warme lucht gelast.
Resitrix SK P
Resitrix SK P – een EPDM dakbedekking die ideaal is voor renovatie en isolatie van platte daken.
Deze EPDM dakbedekking is een deels zelfklevende afdichtingsbaan uit gewapend EPDM-rubber waarbij de overlapte naden met warme lucht samen gelast worden. Dit type EPDM is dan ook uiterst geschikt voor renovatie van platte daken en kan ook toegepast worden op PIR of PUR dakisolatie.
EPDM en groendaken
Resitrix SK W – EPDM is een wortelvaste waterdichting voor platte daken en geschikt voor toepassingen bij groendaken.
EPDM rubber kan naast de voor de hand liggende dakbedekking op platte daken ook gebruikt worden in goten, terrassen, kelders en gevels.

We had the butterfly roof of our house from 1962 replaced and insulated by A12 in October 2024. We are very satisfied with all phases of the collaboration; quotation, the works themselves, the follow-up, communication and coordination during the construction site, the invoicing.
